# Live Feed Overview

Once you’ve registered, you’ll land on the Main Page — let’s explore what’s waiting for you there!

### Main “Live” Page

&#x20;At the top, you’ll see four sections: **LIVE**, **CHATS**, **REWARDS**, and **ME**.

#### **🎬 Online Streams**

Clicking on an online stream (the blue icon) lets you join the user’s live content. You can:

* Watch the stream in real-time
* Send comments, gifts, and tips while the stream is happening

# Streamer's Profile

In both **online** and **offline** streams, clicking a streamer’s **profile picture** lets you view information about them — for example, their location, age, and other details. By the way, you can fill in [your own profile](/lets-get-started/editing-your-profile) too!

In the **Action Menu** (the three dots icon), you can:

* **Share Profile** — copy a link to the user’s profile and send it to others.
* **Report User** — if something about the profile seems suspicious or inappropriate.

When submitting a report, you can specify what exactly concerns you — for example, the user’s name, avatar, or other profile details.

# Editing your Profile

To open your profile, go to the **ME** section in the top navigation bar, or click your profile picture and select **PROFILE** from the menu.

Once you’re on your profile page, you’ll see not only your personal information but also stats such as **Fans**, **Following**, **Earned**, and **Gifted**.

#### What Each Section Means

> **FANS — These are the users who follow you.** The more active and engaging you are, the more people will want to keep up with your streams and activity.

> **FOLLOWING — These are the users you’ve chosen to follow.** To follow someone, simply visit their profile and click the **+** button.

> **EARNED** — This shows the total amount of gifts and tips **you’ve received** in USDC during your time on the platform.

> **GIFTED** — This shows the total amount of gifts and tips in USDC **you’ve sent** to other users to support their work and creativity.

#### Profile Editing

To make your profile stand out, we recommend you to personalise you profile information! Whether you’re a streamer or a viewer, completing your profile helps others connect with you and improves your overall experience. To edit your profile information, click **EDIT** — this will open the fields you can update:

1. **Upload Avatar and Cover** Make a great first impression — show your style.
2. **Add Username and Display Name** Be easy to find and remember.
3. **Set Birthday and Gender** Get a more personal experience on the platform.
4. **Write a Short Bio** Tell others who you are in a few words.
5. **Select Location** Connect with people and streams near you.
6. **Select Language** Enjoy content and recommendations in your language.

# Wallet: Withdraw & Deposit

When you sign up on FROGY, a wallet is automatically created to store your funds.

1. Click **MY BALANCE** in the top-right corner — it will take you straight to your wallet.
2. Click your **profile picture** in the top-right corner, then select **WALLET** from the menu.

**The main currency** on FROGY is **USDC** — USD Coin — a type of digital money called a stablecoin. Its value is tied to the US dollar, so 1 USDC is always worth about 1 USD. You can use it to send tips, receive gifts, or make transactions on platforms like FROGY.

Click the **Deposit** button. Now you can add funds to your wallet in two ways: via debit card or crypto wallet.

**Debit Card:**

3. Double-check the address before confirming — transactions cannot be reversed
4. Once the transaction is confirmed on the blockchain, your FROGY wallet balance will be updated

1. Click the **Withdrawal** button.
2. Enter the amount you want to withdraw (minimum **1.00 USDC**). Withdrawals are processed via the **Solana Network** — a fast and secure blockchain network.
3. Enter the address of the crypto wallet where you want to receive your USDC.
4. Double-check that all details are correct, then click **NEXT**.
5. Follow the on-screen instructions to **confirm the transaction**. Once it’s confirmed on the Solana blockchain, the USDC will appear in your wallet.

# Profile Settings

To access basic **Profile Settings**, click your **profile picture** in the top-right corner and select **Settings** from the menu.

Within **Settings**, you can adjust the following:

1. **Language** \
   Pick your language from the list — all buttons and text will appear in that language! If the streamer has AI Translator on, you’ll see subtitles in your language during the stream. Super convenient!
2. **Notifications** \
   You can customize your notifications. By default, notifications are turned **off**, but to enable them, simply toggle the switch — once it turns **green**, notifications are active. When this feature is enabled, you’ll receive alerts when:
   1. You receive a **gift or a tip**.
   2. You **deposit or withdraw USDC** from your wallet.
   3. A **streamer you follow** starts a new live stream.
   4. You get a **new message** in the chat.
3. **NSFW content (18+)** \
   By enabling NSFW content, you allow potentially sensitive material (text, images, videos) to be displayed. This setting is only available to logged-in users and applies solely to the current account. Anonymous users cannot activate this feature.
4. **Visual Effects** \
   Visual effects are available in your [stream preview](/get-ready-to-go-live/effects-settings). You can turn them off at any time — when disabled, they won’t be applied to your stream.
5. **One-Click Gifting** \
   Normally, when you send a gift to a streamer, the platform asks you to confirm that you really want to send that gift in the selected quantity. If you disable this setting, gifts will be sent immediately, without any extra confirmation.


# Starting a Stream

Here’s some guidance and tips to help you start your very first broadcast.

First of all, we recommend[ setting up your profile](/lets-get-started/editing-your-profile) — personalize it with details about yourself so that viewers can get to know you better!

> #### To start your broadcast, click the **CAMERA** button in the lower-right corner. You can access this button from any page.

Before you go live, you’ll be asked to **allow access to your microphone and camera.**

Don’t worry — your stream won’t start right away! You’ll first enter the **preview mode**, where you can adjust your camera, check your setup, and get ready.

Every stream must include:

* **Cover image** – to add yours, click **Edit**.
* **Title** – in the “**Add a stream title**” field, simply type in your stream’s name.

Without these, your stream can’t start — they’re essential because they represent the **face of your broadcast**.

* By default, both the **camera** and **microphone** are enabled, but you can turn them off or choose a different device before going live.&#x20;
* You can also enable the **AI Translator**, which automatically transcribes and translates your voice so viewers can understand you in their own language.

Don’t worry — turning off your camera doesn’t remove your [effects](/get-ready-to-go-live/effects-settings), it just temporarily disables them. Once you turn the camera switch back on, all your previous effects will reappear automatically

#### **Not Ready to Go Live Yet?**&#x20;

If you’re not ready to start streaming, click **BACK** in the top-left corner. Your title and cover image won’t be saved, but don’t worry — all your effect settings will stay! No matter where you started your setup, pressing **BACK** will take you to the [**Main “Live” Page**](/lets-get-started/live-feed-overview).

> **SHARE Button:**\
> On this screen, you’ll also find the familiar **SHARE** button in the top-right corner. It lets you copy the link to your profile so you can share it with others anytime.


# Effects Settings

FROGY offers an incredible variety of visual effects you can customize to make your stream look unique!

#### 💫 **Beauty**

Lets you enhance or adjust your facial features — for example, face shape, eye size, or nose width. This filter is highly detailed and allows you to fine-tune many parameters.

#### 💄**Makeup**

Adds realistic makeup effects — from skin tone to eyeliner and even hair color. Active filters you’ve applied will show a **green indicator** in the top-right corner.

For both Beauty and Makeup filters, you can ***turn the effect on or off without losing your settings***. Just use the **switch** next to the section name: → Green = active and visible → Gray = inactive but saved (your settings won’t be lost)

#### 🎞️ **Filters**

Here you can experiment, mix and match with three filter types: **LUT Texture** — color grading options like black & white, sepia, and more **Looks** — preset eye makeup combinations to try out **Presets** — ready-made visual themes combining filters, backgrounds, and makeup styles.

#### &#x20;🎭 Masks

These are full themed looks with accessories — from a 1920s lady to Count Dracula!

Unlike other effects, **masks can’t be combined** with other visual settings. When you activate a mask, your Beauty, Makeup, Filters, and Backgrounds will automatically deactivate — but don’t worry, they’re not deleted! To remove the mask, click **RESET** or simply tap the active mask, and your previous effects will come back.

#### &#x20;🌅 Backgrounds

Choose from a wide range of streaming backgrounds — from subtle blurs to fantasy landscapes. You can even **upload your own background** by clicking the **+** icon and selecting an image you like.

Most effects are **adjustable** — you can control how strong they appear using the intensity slider: move it *right* to enhance the effect, or *left* to reduce it. By the way, the effect you’re currently editing will have a **green outline** around it.

### Removing Effects

To remove an applied effect, look for the **RESET** or **RESET ALL** button:

* **RESET** removes a single effect.
* **RESET ALL** clears all filters within that category.

For example, if you’re in the **Beauty** section and you’ve changed your face and eye shape → Clicking **RESET ALL** under *Face* will only reset the face adjustments — your eye settings will stay.

You can also disable a specific effect by:

* Clicking it once (the green outline disappears), or
* Moving its slider all the way to the left to hide it completely.

# OBS Streaming Mode

**OBS (Open Broadcaster Software)** is a free, open-source tool for screen recording and live streaming. It’s widely used by creators to stream on platforms like Twitch, YouTube — and, of course, FROGY.

With OBS, you can build professional-looking streams by combining multiple sources, such as:

* your **camera**
* gameplay or screen capture
* presentations
* text overlays and visuals — all while fully controlling audio and adding effects.

#### How to connect OBS to FROGY

Getting started is easy:

1. Open the **stream preview** before going live.
2. In the **bottom-right corner**, click the **arrow icon**.
3. Toggle the **OBS switch** to enable OBS mode.

Once enabled, a panel will appear on the **left side of the screen** with:

* step-by-step instructions on **how to download OBS**, and
* clear guidance on **how to connect OBS with your FROGY profile**.

# While Broadcasting...

Viewers can leave comments, send gifts, and tip you. You can read more about **Gifts** and **Tips** \[[here](/get-ready-to-go-live/become-a-viewer/support-a-streamer-gifts-and-tips/send-gifts)].

#### 👛  Whenever someone sends you a gift or a tip, you’ll receive its **value in USDC** directly to your wallet. To learn more about how your wallet works, check out the [**Wallet: Withdraw & Deposit**](/lets-get-started/wallet-withdraw-and-deposit) section.

The more **active, engaging, and creative** your streams are — the higher your chances of receiving support from your audience. Go for it!

It’s great when the chat is buzzing with conversation! But sometimes, someone in the chat might behave inappropriately — for example, **spamming, being rude, or showing disrespect** toward the streamer or other viewers.

In that case, the streamer has a few moderation tools to keep the atmosphere positive:

1. **Kick a viewer** — this acts as a *warning*. The viewer will be temporarily removed from the stream but can still rejoin later. If the same behavior continues, the streamer can take stronger action.
2. **Block a viewer** — this permanently prevents that user from commenting on the streamer’s broadcasts.

To access these moderation options, click on the viewer’s **profile picture**, open their profile, and select **Manage**. Before the action is applied, you’ll be asked to **confirm** that you really want to kick or block the user.


# Inviting Guests

FROGY lets you turn your stream into a real conversation — you can invite viewers to join your stream as guests in real time!

A **guest** is a viewer who joins your stream with **audio or video** (they choose how they want to connect). As a streamer, you stay fully in control of who joins and when.

There are **two ways** guests can appear on your stream:

#### **Option 1: Viewer Requests to Join as a Guest**

A viewer can request to join your stream as a guest. Once they do, they’ll be placed in a **waiting room**, and you decide whether to accept or decline their request.

To manage guest requests, click the **Guests** button in the lower-right corner of the screen. Inside, you’ll see three sections:

* **Waiting** — viewers who’ve requested to join and are waiting for your approval
* **Live Guests** — guests who are already connected and live on your stream
* **Recommended** — the full list of viewers currently watching your stream

When you approve a request, the viewer immediately moves from **Waiting** to **Live Guests** and becomes part of the broadcast.

#### **Option 2: You Invite a Viewer Yourself**

You can also take the initiative and invite someone to join your stream.

In the **Recommended** list, simply click **Invite** next to a viewer’s name. They’ll have **30 seconds** to accept or decline your invitation.&#x20;

If they don’t respond in time, the invitation expires — but no worries, you can always send another one!

#### Managing Guests During the Stream

As the streamer, you’re always in control of your broadcast. You can:

On the [**main page**](/lets-get-started/live-feed-overview), you can see all the streams that are currently live, as well as past streams that have already ended.

#### 🖥 Stream View

In the center of the screen, you’ll see the main video window — this is the stream itself.

Sometimes streamers may turn off their camera or microphone — don’t worry, that’s not an issue with your app or internet connection.

> ☝🏼 If you can’t hear the streamer, they’ve likely turned **off their microphone** — you’ll see a muted mic icon above their profile picture.

> ✌🏼 If you can’t see the streamer, it means they’ve turned **off their camera** — instead of video, you’ll see a large circle with their profile picture.

The **“+” icon** next to the streamer’s name lets you **follow** them.


# Sending Gifts & Tips

In the bottom-right corner, tap the **gift icon** to send a gift to the streamer. Each gift has a unique look and value (measured in USDC). You can also choose how many gifts to send — use the 1–100 scale to set the number. Once you’re ready, just hit **Send**. If you don’t have enough USDC in your balance, you can purchase gifts directly using your **debit card**.

# Comments & Community

You can interact with the streamer and other viewers through **comments**. In this section, you’ll see:

1. When a new viewer joins the stream 👋
2. Who sends gifts (and how many) 🎁
3. Who sends tips (and in what amount) 💸

> Don’t be shy — join the conversation! The FROGY community values respect, friendliness, and positive vibes.

If someone in the chat behaves inappropriately — for example, spams, insults others, or shows disrespect toward the streamer or other viewers — the streamer has a few moderation tools to keep the atmosphere positive:

1. **Kick a viewer** — this acts as a *warning*. The viewer will be removed from the stream but can still rejoin later. However, if the same behavior continues, the streamer can take a stronger action.
2. **Block a viewer** — this permanently prevents that user from commenting on the streamer’s broadcasts.

So our advice is simple: let’s keep the FROGY community kind, safe, and fun for everyone! **🐸💚**

# Become a Guest

On FROGY, watching a stream doesn’t have to be a one-way experience. If the streamer allows it, you can join the stream as a guest and become part of the live conversation!

Being a **guest** means you connect to the stream with **audio or video** — you decide how you want to join.

There are **two ways** to become a guest:

#### Option 1: Request to Join as a Guest

If you want to take the initiative, you can **send a request to join the stream as a guest**. To do this, open the **burger menu** and tap the **Guests** button. After submitting your request, you’ll be placed in a **waiting room**.

If the streamer approves your request, you’ll move from the waiting list to the **Live Guests** section and appear on the stream.

As a viewer, you can always see:

* who is currently in the **Waiting** list, and
* who is already **live as a guest** on the stream.

In all guest lists, you can also see how much each viewer has donated in total.

#### Option 2: Accept an Invitation from the Streamer

The streamer can also invite you directly to join the stream as a guest.

In this case, you’ll see a **popup invitation** with **30 seconds** to accept or decline.

If the timer runs out, the invitation disappears — but that’s totally fine. The streamer can send another invite, or you can always submit a request yourself and join the waiting list.

#### Getting Noticed by the Streamer

Your chances of being noticed are higher if you’re an **active supporter** of the stream!

Viewers who’ve **sent gifts, tips, or have a** [**paid subscription**](/get-ready-to-go-live/paid-subscription) appear more prominently thanks to special **fan badges** next to their profile. You can learn more about badges and how to earn them \[here].

#### Audio & Camera Controls

When you join as a guest:

* You **can’t mute your own microphone,** but you still can leave the stream whenever you want.
* If you joined with **audio only**, you can later **turn on your camera** if you want.

# SEND GIFTS

You can send gifts to your favourite streamers during live broadcasts.

> **GIFT** is one of the ways to support a streamer. Each gift has its own unique look and a specific **value in USDC**. When you choose a gift, you can also set **how many** of that gift you want to send to the streamer.

1. Open the live stream of your chosen streamer.
2. Click the “Gift” button.
3. Choose the gift you want to send.
4. Specify the number of gifts.
5. Click the “Send” button.
6. Confirm the sending

By default, you’ll be asked to confirm every gift you send. However, you can enable **One-Click Gifting** — this allows you to send gifts instantly, without extra confirmation. You can always change this setting later in your [Profile Settings](/lets-get-started/profile-settings).

If you don’t have enough USDC in your balance, top it up first. Once the funds appear in your wallet, you can send gifts to streamers.

**Congratulations!** Your gift has been successfully sent to the streamer, and a notification will appear in the group chat showing your support!


# SEND TIPS

In addition to sending gifts, you can also send a tip.

> Unlike gifts, the **SEND TIP** button lets you support a streamer both during a live stream and after it’s already offline. It’s quick, easy, and works anytime you want to show your appreciation!

1. Click the “SEND TIP” button.
2. Enter the amount of USDC you want to send (minimum 0.5 USDC).
3. Click the “SEND TIP” button to complete

# Fan Badges

Fan Badges are a simple and fun way to show your support for a streamer — and be recognized for it.

Here’s how it works:

Еvery time you **send** [**gifts**](/get-ready-to-go-live/become-a-viewer/support-a-streamer-gifts-and-tips/send-gifts) **or** [**tips**](/get-ready-to-go-live/become-a-viewer/support-a-streamer-gifts-and-tips/send-tips) to a streamer, the total amount you’ve spent on that creator **adds up over time**. Once you reach certain milestones, you’ll automatically receive a **fan badge**.

The streamer can see your fan status **everywhere**, but **other viewers will only see your badge when you’re all watching the same streamer’s live stream together**.

#### Fan Badge Levels

Your badge depends on how much you’ve spent supporting a specific streamer:

* **FAN** — spent more than **$25**
* **MEGAFAN** — spent more than **$50**
* **SUPERFAN** — spent more than **$150**
* **ULTRAFAN** — spent more than **$500**
* **HYPERFAN** — spent more than **$1,000**

Your **gifts and tips accumulate over time**, so every bit of support brings you closer to the next badge. Once earned, these badges are **permanent** for that streamer.

#### Temporary Fan Badges

You can also receive a **temporary fan badge** by purchasing a [**paid subscription**](/get-ready-to-go-live/paid-subscription) to a streamer.

This badge remains active **for as long as your subscription is active**. Once the subscription ends, the temporary badge disappears — but your permanent badges earned through gifts and tips stay with you.

# Start a new chat

Stay connected with other users on FROGY through private chats! Whether you’re a viewer or a streamer, chatting is a great way to interact, share feedback, or just have a friendly talk.

All your current and future conversations will be stored in the **CHAT** section. To start a new chat:

1. Go to the user’s profile.
2. Click the **Chat** button.
3. You’ll be redirected to a private chat window.

When you send your first message, the user will need to **accept** your chat request — after that, your chat becomes fully open for both of you.

> Sending a gift or a tip to a streamer unlocks your chat with them automatically, so you don’t need to wait for them to accept a request!

If you sent the wrong message, no worries — you can **edit or delete it**. Just right-click (or tap and hold on mobile) the message, and the action menu will appear.

# Sending Images

Besides regular text messages, you can also **send images** in chat! To do this, simply click the image icon on the left side of the chat window and upload the picture you want to share.

After attaching the image, switch on "Send as Premium message" and select the gift you’d like to receive. The other user will see a **blurred preview** — they’ll need to send the corresponding gift to unlock and view your image.


# Chat Requests

When someone messages you for the first time, you’ll receive a **chat request**. You can accept or decline it — this helps prevent spam and gives you full control over who can contact you.

Keep in mind:

1. You **won’t receive a notification** for new requests, so it’s a good idea to check your request list from time to time.
2. The sender **won’t see that you’ve read** their message until you accept the request.

* a **subscription was activated or updated**

Earlier, we mentioned the **Leaderboard — a ranked list of the most active users** across four categories:

**FROGY has its own special referral program!** Share your unique referral link with friends — you’ll earn money every time they spend tips, gifts, or paid subscriptions.

* Unlike most referral programs that stop after the first reward, FROGY gives you **ongoing earnings**:

# Paid subscription

FROGY allows creators to offer **paid subscriptions**, which means some content can be available **only to special subscribers**.

With a paid subscription, viewers get access to exclusive streams and closer interaction with their favorite creators. Subscriptions can be purchased for **1 month, 3 months, 6 months, or 12 months**.

# How Paid Subscriptions Work

When you open the profile of a streamer who has enabled **paid subscriptions**, you’ll notice an extra option: Along with the **“+“ Follow** button, a **gold “Subscribe”** button appears.

To Subscribe:

1. Tap the **Subscribe** button on the streamer’s profile.
2. Choose a **subscription plan** (1, 3, 6, or 12 months).
3. Confirm the payment.

#### Subscription Renewal

Subscriptions **renew automatically** at the end of each period.

If the streamer updates the price, you’ll get a [**FROGY Alert**](/get-ready-to-go-live/become-a-viewer/support-a-streamer-gifts-and-tips/chats/frogy-alert-chat) letting you know about the change and inviting you to **renew your subscription at the new rate**

#### Chat Access with Streamers

Once you subscribe to a streamer, you can **message them directly** — just like with **tips and gifts**, your **chat unlocks automatically**.

# How to Enable Paid Subscriptions

1. Click your **profile picture** in the top-right corner.
2. Open your **Profile** and go to **Edit Profile**.
3. Scroll to the bottom and toggle **Paid Subscription** ON.
4. Set prices for **all subscription plans**: 1 month / 3 months / 6 months / 12 months
5. Click **Save** to apply the changes.

### Making a Stream Subscriber-Only

Enabling paid subscriptions doesn’t automatically lock all your streams — you stay in full control.

Before going live, in the **stream preview**, choose who the stream is for:

* **Public** (default) — anyone can watch
* **Subscribers** — only your **active paid fans** can join

Once you select **Subscribers**, the stream becomes exclusive.
